Elizabeth Cull - Oak Bay and Market Square.
Elizabeth is a passionate self-taught gardener who comes from a long line of British gardeners: “My great-grandfather had a palm house in England.” Her garden is a barely-tamed English cottage garden, full of old roses, with occasional outbursts of not-for-this climate tropicals! More recently, Elizabeth has been working on ways to make the "100 Mile Diet" concept a reality for Dig This and her family.

Virginia Parkhurst - Broadmead Village.
Virginia loves dabbling in her garden and tinkering in her greenhouse, where she starts “tons of zinnias and blue salvia to fill pockets in the garden.” Tomatoes, zucchinis, garlic, and green beans are grown in small pockets as she doesn't have room for a large vegetable garden. The greenhouse produces peppers and, in winter, mescluns and arugula for salads. “My favourite geranium came from my mum, the "Vancouver' – I just love its foliage."

Ann Watley - Sidney.
When the opportunity of a Dig This franchise came to the attention of successful Sidney realtor, Ann Watley, she jumped at the chance to bring Dig This back to her home community. Now coming up to its first anniversary, Dig This is very much a part of the Saanich Peninsula gardening scene.
